Get a good realtor that will honestly tell you everything that can be changed that needs to be changed about your house before it hits market – decorations, fixes, furniture, clutter, and general strategy.

I agree with the good Real Estate Agent. Plus set the price right for the area.

Price is king right now.
With all the media attention on the housing market, people are shopping for bargains or the most house they can buy for the money. In my area, well priced homes are selling.

There are two ways to sell your property quick as possible and these are Off-line and Online marketing strategies.
Off-line marketing focuses on brochures, tarpaulin banners, flyer’s and so much more. However, Online marketing focuses on posting on social media websites like yahoo answers, myspace and others. Posting to forums is another way to market it, posting to classified listing websites and perhaps the best way is if you have a website, feature your property in your website as people mostly use the internet for daily living.
That’s my 2 cents.
