Help! We need to sell our house fast?

My husband and I are moving out of of state June 27th and we need to sell our house ASAP. We need some suggestions on how to sell it fast! We have totally flipped this house and it’s like brand new. We have had a few interests, but no offers yet. What can we do to get this house sold before we move?

Depending on how much your’e already asking for it bring the price down couple thousands or let the people that are intrested offer a price and if you are ok with the offered prce you can sale it.
Any agent will tell you that JQ is right, but you could consider ways to get more attention, to stand out from the crowd. Include in the sale price of the house something of value and interest — maybe that cute convertible in the driveway you don’t really need. Anything like that will draw interest.
Eliminate any color on the walls. Baby’s breath is a good blank color. You would be amazed at how that turns things around. People like a clean slate when looking at houses.
