i made an offer on a short sale, how fast could this situation close?
September 13th, 2011apparently BOA told her to do a short sale. She is elderly and doesnt work (her husband paid for the house) and wants it gone so she can move to be near her children. its too bad what happened to her…but im thinking maybe this is a hardship that a bank will move quickly on…thoughts?

what is the technical name of that rental arrangement where you live in a for sale house (foreclosure or?

Has anyone sold their house with AQS (a quick sale)?
April 24th, 2011we have a 2nd house and are wanting to sell it fast, there is a company that is called AQS (a quick sale) I know they offer about 30% lower than the market value, but I am wanting to know about peoples experiences with them. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
