I am in the process of filing for a divorce, I need to sell my house fast. I tried the real estate agent (No Offers) The price is compatable to the comps in the neighbourhood. I’v had offers from investors to pay out the mortgage, but no extras. I have about eighty thousand in equity. I just want somethng to start over with. any suggestions.
If i quick claim deed an investment house to my son how fast can he resell it? We have a buyer and need to turn it fast so he can buy a house with the cash. There is no mortgage on the property and will sell for $30.000. Does he have to register the deed and wait or can he resell it with another quick claim deed? Also if it is a gift he should not have to show it as an income or should we make a loan contract with him to pay us back?

I’ve got a great one listed right now in Colorado Springs, which I have completely fixed and am ready to flip. All new stainless appliances, all new ceramic tile, new bathroom with pedistal sink & new pegasus toilet, over $10,000 in landscaping done to the outside — But it’s been 3 months and only a few showings. I’ve recently added a free Plasma TV or a $2000 furniture gift card to the MLS, if I get a full priced offer at $125k. Any other bright ideas to move this property quick? The comp nearby that sold for $88k was a trashed VA foreclosure. The house next door that was fixed to the level of mine sold for $125.1k last year in 6 days and appraised just fine.
My husband and I are moving out of of state June 27th and we need to sell our house ASAP. We need some suggestions on how to sell it fast! We have totally flipped this house and it’s like brand new. i have been working on my mothers home to get it ready to sell and in the mean time i have gotten my own bills behind and i need a loan of $3,000.00 i am in charge of the estate and i will pay monthley payments and pay off as soon as the home is sold,i also have two nice cars for colaterial and a $2,000.00 dimond neckless too.but i now have not so good credit due to over due bills ,i am a good person i just can not seem to get help any where and i have no family to speek of can anyone help me? i do have alot of personal references, its just nobody has any money right now .please help!
